Claudia C. Cotca, D.D.S., M.P.H., is an international lecturer and aesthetic oral-systemic TMD/OSA restorative dentist. She has received several degrees from the University of Michigan: BSc, Chemistry Degree & Cellular Molecular Biology; MPH, Environmental Health Sciences, Toxicology; and DDS, Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Dr. Cotca is founder of Washington Institute for Dentistry & Laser Surgery, and the C3 Think Tank. She is a subject matter expert in dentistry, lasers, toxicology, oral-systemic mechanism, medical devices, environmental sciences and public health with ADA SCDP, AAMI, and ANSI standards, and U.S. Delegate to ISO and IEC, among others. Dr. Cotca serves as an editor and reviewer of various journals, including Group Program Chair of IADR/ AADR Pharmacology/ Therapeutics/ Toxicology. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Oral Medicine, Pierre Fauchard Academy, International College of Dentists and is also a member of the International College of Prosthodontists. Dr. Cotca contributes legislative language and testifies before the U.S. Congress and the White House. As a healthcare analyst, she contributes input on ABC, NBC and other media, and intersects with healthcare subsectors and technology transfer platforms in global markets.
