Composite Linear Models

By Stuart G. Baker

The composite linear models software is a matrix approach to compute maximum likelihood estimates and asymptotic standard errors for models for incomplete multinomial data. It implements the method described in Baker SG. Composite linear models for incomplete multinomial data. Statistics in Medicine 1994;13:609-622. The software includes a library of thirty examples from the literature.

The software download is part of Mathsource, a commercial page developed by the makers of the statistical software, Mathematica. Except for our programs above, the National Cancer Institute has no association with nor responsibility for material found at their web site.
